D-Bug was the 3rd company that I called 3 years ago for mice. I had to call the one company multiple times to get a response and the other just put out traps without offering any type of prevention. The 3rd time was the charm with D-Bug and I continue to use them. Shawn was very timely, professional, knowledgeable and pleasant! He took the time to answer my questions and did a thorough job making sure I didn't have any points of entry I could cover. The office is also very nice and responsive. I spoke to a representative to request an inspection and estimate; a tech came down within a couple days to check. He suspected either wasps or bees within a part of the wall of our house and services were scheduled for a few days later. A couple of techs came to dust the holes they found near the site and even knocked down a few old wasp nests around the house. It only took 30 minutes for them to complete.
