Discovering bugs in your home is super stressful, but the Johnstown D-Bug staff were professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Adam did an excellent job of explaining the problem and presenting solutions. Also, I was concerned about the types of chemicals he used and how they might negatively impact health, but he explained that they were all safe (even food safe!) and gave me additional information about them so I could do my own research.
